SoulAI automatically extracts key events, preferences and emotional moments and writes them to a private memory store unique to you and that AI character. Standard memories are kept for 90 days; members can extend retention indefinitely.

Yes. Open Memory Manager on the character profile to view, edit or delete any individual memory, or wipe all memories with that character in a single tap.

All conversations use end-to-end encrypted transport and storage, accessible only by you. We never use your private chats for any commercial or model training purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

A 7-day cooling-off period applies. During this time you can request restoration. After 7 days, all chats, memories and profile data are irreversibly deleted from our servers.

SoulAI offers a free tier with unlimited chat across many companions. Premium features (extended memory, custom companions, advanced voices, cross-device sync) unlock with an optional membership—no forced upgrades.

We offer monthly, quarterly and annual plans, all with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window. You can cancel during a billing cycle at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.
