Terms of Service

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SoulAI. Please read them carefully.

1Acceptance of Terms

By completing account registration, signing in or accessing SoulAI in any other manner, you confirm that you have carefully read and fully agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2Service Description

SoulAI is an integrated platform that provides entertainment services such as AI character conversations, virtual companion customization and emotional interaction, all powered by artificial intelligence. We reserve the right to adjust, add or retire any feature at any time, and will give advance notice via in-app messages whenever possible.

3Accounts & Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old—or 13 with parental supervision—to register an account.
  • Keep your password safe and never share it with anyone else.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account; notify us immediately if you spot anything unusual.

4Acceptable Use

When using SoulAI, you commit not to engage in any of the following:

  • Posting illegal, violent, sexual, discriminatory, harassing or hateful content;
  • Impersonating others or fabricating identities to defraud;
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property, privacy or reputation;
  • Using the platform for commercial advertising or spam of any kind;
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, stress testing or denial-of-service attacks against our systems.

Accounts found in violation may receive warnings, feature limits or permanent bans, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for any resulting losses.

5Payment & Membership

  • Membership is delivered as an electronic entitlement and takes effect immediately upon successful payment.
  • Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once used; the 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies to first-time subscriptions only.
  • Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time in your app or store settings; you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.

6User Content & License

You retain copyright to virtual companions, conversation scripts, images and audio you create on SoulAI. You grant SoulAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, transmit and conduct necessary safety review of such content on the platform. When you delete the content, this license terminates accordingly.

7Changes & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate part or all of the service due to business changes, regulatory requirements or force majeure. Material changes will be announced 7 days in advance. If you violate these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without refunding any fees already paid.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoulAI is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by uncontrollable factors such as networks, devices or third-party services;
  • The factual accuracy or emotional authenticity of AI-generated content;
  • Any consequences arising from your decisions made in reliance on AI advice;
  • Force majeure events (earthquakes, war, government actions, etc.).

9Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under, and disputes resolved in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform's operating entity is registered. Any dispute should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to a competent court in the operating entity's jurisdiction.
