1Ownership of Rights

All content on the SoulAI platform—including but not limited to brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, software source code, official character designs, illustrations, animations, voice models, copy, UI design, technical architecture and product documentation—is owned by the SoulAI operating entity or its lawful licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and unfair-competition laws as well as international treaties.

2Trademarks & Brand

"SoulAI", the platform logo and related graphics are registered or pending trademarks of the SoulAI operating entity. Without prior written authorization, no party may use, copy, modify or distribute these marks, nor may they make any similar use likely to cause public confusion.

3User-Generated Content

Virtual companions, conversation scripts, images and audio you create in the SoulAI Studio (collectively "User Content") remain copyright of you, the author. Per Article 6 of our Terms of Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, transmit, cache and conduct necessary safety review of such content on the platform.

4Third-Party Assets

Some icons, fonts and example imagery on this platform come from licensed third-party resources (such as Font Awesome and Google Fonts). Their copyrights belong to the original authors and their use strictly follows the corresponding license agreements.

5Fair Use & Restrictions

  • Without prior written permission, no organization or individual may copy, mirror, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit content from this platform.
  • Limited personal, non-commercial citations must clearly credit the source and provide a link back to the original page.
  • Removing, altering or hiding any copyright notice or trademark on platform content is prohibited.

6Infringement Complaint Procedure

If you believe content on SoulAI infringes your rights, please follow this procedure to file a complaint:

  1. Provide identification of the rights holder (ID for an individual, business license for an organization).
  2. Provide proof of ownership (copyright registration, trademark certificate, original creative source files, etc.).
  3. Identify the URLs, uploading accounts or screenshots of the allegedly infringing content.
  4. Include rights-holder contact information and a valid statement (no false claims).
  5. Send the materials to [email protected].

We will verify and respond within 7 business days, removing allegedly infringing content first if necessary. The party complained against may submit a counter-notification, after which both sides will proceed under applicable law.
