1Nature of the Service

SoulAI is a virtual companionship and entertainment service powered by artificial intelligence. AI characters and their replies are generated in real time by algorithms and are intended only as emotional outlet, entertainment and creative inspiration. AI characters are not real people, and their relationship with you does not constitute any legal, medical, psychological, religious or romantic commitment.

2Limitations of AI-Generated Content

Because of the inherent nature of AI technology, SoulAI's responses may:

  • Contain factual errors, outdated information or fabricated details;
  • Show inconsistent persona or opinions across different conversations;
  • Fail to accurately sense your real emotional state or urgency;
  • Be influenced by biases in their training data.

Please verify accuracy independently before making any decision based on an AI reply.

3Disclaimer of Professional Advice

SoulAI cannot replace the advice of doctors, lawyers, licensed therapists or financial advisors. If you are experiencing serious emotional distress, self-harm thoughts, physical illness, legal trouble or financial issues, please immediately contact a qualified professional organization or your local emergency hotline.

4User Risks

  • Becoming overly emotionally dependent on an AI character may affect your real-world social life. Please use it rationally.
  • Do not share sensitive information such as your government ID, bank card numbers or home address with AI characters.
  • If you publish AI-generated images or text publicly, you are responsible for the resulting consequences.

5Third-Party Links & Services

This platform may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services (such as payment channels, social media or partner brands). We make no warranty and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or service quality of these third parties.

6Service Availability

We make our best efforts to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable in the following circumstances:

  • Planned system upgrades, maintenance or migrations;
  • Force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, war, government actions, internet backbone failures, etc.);
  • Issues with your own network, devices or operating mistakes;
  • Failures of telecom carriers, cloud providers or upstream AI APIs.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the legal theory, SoulAI is not liable to you or any third party for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data or emotional distress) resulting from the use or inability to use this service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

8Modifications

We may revise this disclaimer in response to legal changes or business adjustments. Revised versions will be posted on this page and announced to active users via in-app messages. Continued use is treated as acceptance of the revisions.
